Bondi Bay, Sydney, c1890s/1930s. Silver gelatin photograph, numbered "No. 1440", titled and signed in negative lower left, Tyrrell's stamp verso, 16.4 x 21.7cm.
Tyrrell's Bookshop purchased a large number of negatives from photographers including Henry King and Charles Kerry after the postcard boom around the 1920s. Tyrrell's printed from these negatives for many years.
