112 Richard Muller
(German 1874-1954). (Woman Enticing Lobster), 1912/later printing. Etching, 23 x 51.8cm.
Muller, who was a student and later a teacher at Dresden, studied with Klinger. He won a gold medal at Paris in 1900. His imagery draws much from Freudian symbolism. This and the following image were printed posthumously, and have been signed by perhaps the printer, but not by the artist.

Eva Sandor (Australian). Born in Hungary, Eva Sandor studied art at the Art Academy, Budapest, was interned in Java - where she was studying art - during W.W. II, and immigrated to Australia in 1950. She has illustrated several books, and exhibited quite widely. Provenance: The Sandor Estate.
