	A Unique Archive 17a Frank Hinder Troilus and Cressida, an Opera by Sir William Walton produced at the Adelaide Festival, 1964. A collection of drawings, watercolours and ephemera. Frank Hinder (1906-1992), one of Australia's pioneering abstractionists, was commissioned by the Elizabethan Theatre Trust to design the sets and costumes for the first Australian production of Sir William Walton's opera. The opera was produced by Robin Lovejoy at Her Majesty's Theatre during the 3rd Adelaide Festival, 1964, and starred Marie Collier and Richard Lewis. The collection includes: (a) 22 watercolour sketches of costumes by Frank Hinder, each approx 9 x 4.5cm, along with 4 colour photographs of the models for the sets of Acts 1-3, each approx 10 x 12.5cm, all mounted together (overall size 48 x 72cm) and arranged by Frank Hinder who has titled, signed and dated the work; framed;	The Collection $4,900
