reads "The entrance is at the base of the twin peaks in
centre. This narrow entrance winds for a mile between towering
rockfaces and is scarcely more than a few paces wide. Tombs and
houses cut in the cliff, faces are everywhere. Communication
was by means of roadways and broad stairs cut across the mountain
faces."
