c1890s. Three printout paper photographs, two with Japanese characters in negative lower left or right, 20.4 x 26.8cm (approx. each). Repaired tears and creases to edges of images, minor scuffs and foxing overall.

Text translates as “Cormorant fishing, Gifu prefecture, Nagaragawa River” and “Seko”, the name of the photographer.
