c1920s-1930s. Ink and wash, signed lower right, publishing annotations in pencil to upper margin, 18.2 x 5.5cm. Foxing and soiling overall, repaired minor paper loss. Laid down on acid-free backing. Walter Albert Lindrum, OBE (1898-1960) was an Australian professional player of English billiards who held the World Professional Billiards Championship from 1933 until his retirement in 1950. He was named Walter Albert to have the initials of the state where he was born - W.A. (Western Australia). Lindrum was one of the most successful billiard players, holding 57 world records to his credit, some of which still stand. Ref: Wiki.
