Repaired tear to upper edge, slight foxing, soiling, discolouration to edges. Flight Lieutenant Charles William Anderson Scott, AFC (Brit./Aust.,1903-1946) was an aviator, best known for winning the England to Australia MacRobertson Air Race in 1934. He emigrated to Australia in 1927 and worked for Qantas, playing a pioneering role in the formation and early expansion of the company. Ref: Wiki.
