Sir Winston Dugan.” “The Sir Winston Dugan” was the first streamlined broad gauge 620 class locomotive built at the Islington Workshops in South Australia. It was decorated in green and silver and used as the engine for the Centenary of South Australia in 1936. It was named after Sir Winston Dugan, then Governor of SA, who was appointed in 1934.
