Text continues “on the London & North Eastern Railway of England and Scotland. Published by the London & North Eastern Railway. Printed in England. R.H. Perry, 20, Gt Portland St, W1.” Similar image held in Science Museum UK.

This poster shows a view “looking down the north side of Scarborough Spa, and the South Bay seafront. The artist is Arthur Cadwgan Michael (c1881–1965) a painter and book illustrator who also worked regularly for The Illustrated London News.” Ref: Yorkshire Journal, 2018, Charles Pearce Project.
