Castle Rock, Cape Schank and Crater Of Mount Eggles, Victoria
1866–1868. Two colour lithographs, signed in image lower right, each with title and one with “Hamel & Ferguson Lithographers” blind stamp in lower margin, 33.3 x 48.9cm and 30.1 x 48.5cm. One with repaired tears to margins including image edges, slight soiling. Both plates are from a series of 24 original lithographs by the artist, which were issued in Eugene von Guerard’s Australian Landscapes, published by Hamel & Ferguson, Melbourne. Held in NGA; NGV.
