This musical comedy is about “Molly Morgan, a convict pioneer who is one of the few women with a name…widely known in the Hunter Valley.” The “infamous” and intrepid Molly Morgan (Brit., 1762–1835) went from “penniless convict” to becoming one of the largest landholders in the Hunter River region.
