1932. Drypoint with aquatint and roulette with hand-colouring, artist’s copyright with date and “NY” in plate above image, “Louis Icart Society” blindstamp and signed in pencil in platemark and lower margin, 33.5 x 43.3cm. Repairs and rubbing to upper right and edges of image, old glue stains to margins. Laid down on acid-free backing. During the 1920s Louis Icart formed a society in his name to market his etchings in New York. Ref: Holland, Catania and Isen #418, lists alternate title, Cocktail.
