Vintage silver gelatin photograph, captioned, dated and signed in pencil with photographer’s stamp, “Authors Publishers International Agency” stamp and label with typed text attached verso, 28.8 x 23cm. Slight creases and chips to lower corners, crinkles overall. Label reads “APIA, 21, Boulevard Montmartre, Paris (2e). Le Baiser de Rodin à Londres [The kiss of Rodin, London]. Photographies de David Potts. This Degas bronze cost the Gallery so much that they have no money left to buy the Rodin.” Held in AGNSW.
