Carol Jerrems In “The Journey” A Paul Cox Film
1972. Vintage silver gelatin photograph, 16.4 x 22.7cm. Old tape marks verso. Philip Quirk was the stills photographer for Cox’s film The Journey. It shows Carol Jerrems holding hands with a woman while seated with Jerrems’ dog, Free. Illustrated in King, Up Close: Carol Jerrems, 2010, p162. There is only one vintage print of this image. A modern printing of this image, which has a slightly different crop, is available for $1,100.
