Text includes (1) Presented with Father Christmas, 1898. Printed by Orford Smith Ltd, St Albans. From a painting by Louis Wain; (2) Penny Illustrated Paper, Xmas number, 1898. In one image a map of “Cattyland” is illustrated, with fictional locality names such as “Persian Shire, Puss Puss Shire, Manx Island” and “Cattery Island.” Rare, unusually large pair of lithographs.
